AQUATICS GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

All aquatic classes are a form of low-impact water-based workouts that focus on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, and functionality. These types of classes usually involve performing movements and exercises in the pool by using resistance provided by the water to increase the intensity of the workout. Participants perform a variety of exercises such as swimming, jumping, and running, as well as using equipment such as noodles, dumbbells, resistance bands, and more.

Aquatic classes are great class options for individuals with joint or mobility limitations who are looking for an effective workout that is less impactful to the body.

It is recommended that all class participants in shallow water wear water shoes for extra support to avoid slipping while exercising.
