FITNESS
Our fitness department has a variety of options, so we are able to provide something for everyone. We have state of the art gym equipment and group exercise classes for every experience level we ensure that you will have something that fits your needs.
AQUATICS
HFFA is the only public facility in the Southeast with an Olympic-sized, 50-meter competition pool and 10-meter dive tower. We are also the only to host aquatic events with up to 2,000 spectators for regional, national and world-class swim and dive competitions.
YOUTH
HFFA has a very prominent kid zone with many offerings for your little ones. We offer child watch services, pre-school classes, birthday parties, and fitness programs. Our youth programs are not just for the little kids, we also host events for your older child as well!

Coming Soon! We are proud to have a Summit Coffee Co. location in our facility! Whether you want to work out, or you are dropping your child off swing by Summit and try some of their cold brew on tap. You won’t be disappointed!
