For older youth ages  9 – 15 for a 45- minute bodyweight workout utilizing the STRONG room to help kids develop strength, endurance, coordination and body awareness. The program will also help athletes of all sports develop strength that can assist with injury prevention. Through the program, participants will learn proper technique and efficient warm-ups and cool-downs.
