This 8 week series is created to explore the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga, as we highlight asana (posture,) pranayama (breathing techniques,) and meditation.

Each 60 minute class is slower paced and more conversational tot allow for questions and personal exploration of the practices. With a focus on foundation, alignment, and expansion, this class is perfect for those new or returning to yoga who wish to brush on  their practice, as well.

We will play and support each other in this challenging but fun series! Modifications and props are offered for safety and discovery.
