This is a faster-paced practice with energetic music that will challenge your body and mind. Students will build strength, balance and flexibility with poses designed to challenge and warm up the body. You will sweat! Floor work and deep stretches designed to relax and release at the end. Some knowledge of poses is recommended. All levels are welcome.
