Group Fitness

  The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength & stamina.
  Experience the ride of your life.  RPM is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout.  All Levels
Athletic Conditioning: Designed for the athlete in all of us!
Chair Aerobics: 30 min. non-impact seated cardio & strength training class.  All Levels.
Cycle & Strength: Best of both worlds!  Circuit style cycle & strength training.  All Levels.
Ab-Solute Core: 30 min. focus on core, abs, & back strength using a variety of equipment.  All Levels.
Funky Fit: Cardio dance class that incorporates hip hop, jazz, and other dance formats.  All of your favorite dance music from the 70’s through the top 40’s of today.  All levels.
Pilates: Focus on core stability & flexibility while strengthening & lengthening muscles.  Based on the exercises of Joseph Pilates.  All Levels.
Power Stretch: The focus of this class is to improve flexibility through deep streches of all the major muscle groups.  Some core and balance work is also incorporated.  All levels.
Pure Strength: Total body strength class using a variety of equipment. Challenge yourself!  All Levels.
Spin FX: High energy cycle class using a variety of music.  All Levels.
Spin FX-Treme: 90 min. endurance ride EVERY Saturday morning.  A real calorie burner!
Turbo Kick: It’s kickboxing & much more!  You’ll kick, punch & groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun and safe cardiovascular workout.
Yoga: Integrate mind, body, & spirit w/ an invigorating & challenging blend of balance, strength & flexibility.  All Levels.
Youth Explosion: Fun Fitness class for kids ages 7-13.  Great exercise while having fun!  All Levels.
ZUMBA!: Latin inspired music & moves makes this cardio class a party!  It’s exercise in disguise!  “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party”.  All Levels.
ZUMBA! KIDS: Promote fun and fitness for your kids with Latin and international music and easy dance moves!  Ages 6-10, 45 minutes, all levels.
Aqua
Aquatics: Medium intensity class; great for all levels
Aqua Kick: The best of kickboxing in the water!
Hydro Fit: Pure aerobic exercise designed to boost cardio
Hydro Power: Total body workout including cardio, strength, and abs. GET READY TO WORK!
Dif'rnt Strokes: A 15 min. session focusing on 1 or 2 strokes skills to improve your workout performance.
N2 Deep: Popular total body workout in the deep water.
