Youth Sports Conditioning is our brand new class, flyers are out in the building. The class is for ATHLETIC MINDED 10-16 year olds that are interested in coming for some real conditioning/training/fitness time. Note: This is not a game oriented, drop-off time for young people... they need to be prepared to sweat, get involved and follow the program. |
