Youth Sports

Conditioning:

Youth Sports Conditioning is our brand new class, flyers are out in the building. The class is for ATHLETIC MINDED 10-16 year olds that are interested in coming for some real conditioning/training/fitness time. Note: This is not a game oriented, drop-off time for young people... they need to be prepared to sweat, get involved and follow the program.
Hip Hop Hustle: By the creators of TurboKick. Dance your way to fitness with the latest hip hop and club moves. All levels.
Pilates: Focus on core stability & flexibility while strengthening & lengthening muscles.  Based on the exercises of Joseph Pilates.  All Levels.
Power Stretch: The focus of this class is to improve flexibility through deep streches of all the major muscle groups.  Some core and balance work is also incorporated.  All levels.
Pure Strength: Total body strength class using a variety of equipment. Challenge yourself!  All Levels.
Spin FX: High energy cycle class using a variety of music.  All Levels.
Spin FX Rip-n-Ride: 75 min. class that incorporates a group cycle ride w/ upper body and core strength exercises at the end. All levels.
Spin FX-Treme: 90 min. endurance ride EVERY Saturday morning.  A real calorie burner!
Turbo Kick: It’s kickboxing & much more!  You’ll kick, punch & groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun and safe cardiovascular workout.
Yoga: Integrate mind, body, & spirit w/ an invigorating & challenging blend of balance, strength & flexibility.  All Levels.
Youth Explosion: Fun Fitness class for kids ages 7-13.  Great exercise while having fun!  All Levels.
ZUMBA!: Latin inspired music & moves makes this cardio class a party!  It’s exercise in disguise!  “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party”.  All Levels.
ZUMBA! KIDS: Promote fun and fitness for your kids with Latin and international music and easy dance moves!  Ages 6-10, 45 minutes, all levels.

Dif'rnt Strokes: A 15 min. session focusing on 1 or 2 strokes skills to improve your workout performance.
