Team Registration

Team captains. Please print the instruction PDF and set up your team name on the registration page.
Team participants. During registration please indicate which team you will be running with.

Team captain will need to collect from each team member a completed application, waiver, and payment (check made out to Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics) and place all team information in a sealed envelope with the team name printed on the outside. The envelope can be hand delivered to HFFA (11725 Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078) or mailed to:

Race Day registration and chip pick up begins at 6:30am for 10K runners and ends at 7:30am. Registration is at 9:30am for 5K runners and 1M runners and walkers.

Packet Pick-Up
If you register online, by mail or in person before Friday, Oct 23, you may pick up your race number, goody bag and t-shirt one of two ways:
- At the Run For Your Life University location (1816 East Arbors Drive, Suite 420, Charlotte, NC) on Oct 29th during normal business hours.
- At Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics (11725 Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078) on Octover 30th from 8am to 6pm.
- On race day beginning at 6:30am
*After Friday, October 23 you can only pick up your race number, goody bag and t-shirt at Hunterville Family Fitness & Aquatics on Oct 30th or 31st if you register online, by mail or in person. You are only allowed to pick up your packet or your team's packets if you are a captain - no exceptions.
If you did not register before Friday, October 23, you may do so and pick up your race number, goody bag and t-shirt at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics during the following times:
- Friday, October 30th - 8am to 6pm
- Saturday, October 31st - 6:30am to 9:30am
You can also continue to register online through Wednesday, October 28th, but if you register race week, please allow at least 24 hours before you come in to pick up your race number, goody bag and t-shirt.
T-shirts are only guaranteed to runners that register before Friday, October 16. Anyone who registers after Friday, October 16 will receive a t-shirt only while supplies last.

All kids 12 and under that participate in the Kid's Fun Run will receive a prize!
Awards will be presented at awards ceremony and will not be mailed. Awards will be kept for 2 weeks at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics.

7 & under (5K), 8-10 (5K), 11-13 (5K), 14-17 (5K), 18-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 54-69, 70 and up.
